Translating the description, it appears that it's an endless runner type, but instead of dodging or hitting enemies, you "close your eyes" to avoid them by tapping on the screen. From what I can tell, when you tap the screen it goes blank and your character can't be hurt, but you also gain no points while you're in that state.

Thus, the idea is to keep going, tapping and holding just long enough to make it past obstacles, but refraining from "blinking" as much as possible in order to build up your score (and so you don't open your eyes only to run into something else you didn't see coming).
