Picross - New game from Warner Bros.?

I was not aware that Warner Bros. would enter in the iPhone game bandwagon, weren't you?

Now I'm curious to see what they did.

The game is Picross, another pixel picture cross for iPhone. It seems it has an unique control and/or gameplay however.

It's well done. Played just the first pack. Most of the puzzles of this pack were too easy.

There are few packs in the game but it seems that you can download more.

I'd be better if we could pick easy, normal or hard puzzles to play.

Hum... Australians are not missing anything here. It seems too easy. The packs are not well made and bigger puzzles are not so nice to handle.

I think PixelCross is better.

Good to know we are not missing much!

But I am always puzzled that some games are not available here. Aside from any with a legitimate reason like the formatting of phone numbers (like the original version of Chess with Friends) I can't think of any reason why games are not available in every country. As far as I am aware it doesn't cost them extra to make them available. The language is the same. Copyright laws are the same. iTunes store operates in the same way.

Purchasing

Is Picross worth purchasing then? I've heard good things, but wanted to know if I should by it.

There's only 60 puzzles so there's barely anything to keep you playing.

How are they not getting sued by Nintendo over that name?

I've made a lot of games. You've played them.
