Found the problem, you have never entered your account on BF3Stats before. BF3Stats supplies third party developers with the necessary data. However, players need open their battlelog there for at least one time.

I did it for you so you can now add the player to your app.

Use the combination:

No, this is not an official bf3stats.com app. This app merely uses the bf3stats.com api, which enables us to retrieve data that BF3Stats has available.

BF3Stats.com is currently the only public available data provider of Battlelog data. They are allowed to retrieve data from the Battlelog servers directly.

This enables us, 3rd party developers to creates great Apps like these.
