Yeah the price is making me nervous. I cant stand 'skins', i'm not 10 years old ! Would rather just pay for this game rather than costumes for the character.

But a 3d platformer sounds great, video looks good but as always its all about the controls. I'm hoping this wont be tilt only !

This. Very good looking, and may have some good exploration mechanics, but the price is scaring me too.

You control your craft with a virtual joystick. You have two buttons to jump and spin. The joystick works really great and you can also drag your finger to adjust the camera but i didn't felt the need to because the automatic one does the job quite well. You can move the controls around anywhere and tweak the size and opacity.

The game has ads on that menus and loadings, they can be disabled by purchasing anything with real money. You can buy coins, get them with tapjoys or in game, you can buy skins, coin doublers, upgrades...
The game looks great but the framerate isn't really that great on my ipad 3.

The goal of the game is to find three stars, the faster you do it the more coins you'll get. Levels are quite big and have that "open world" feel. Between cutscenes and cute Characters you can feel that this is a polished title.
It's a bit too soon to be talking about IAP though but i feel like the doubler will be needed to enjoy the game at least.

Well the controls sound superb, bit worrying the framerate isnt great on your ipad 3, my ipod 4 doesnt sound like it'll do well then !

As its free i'm gladly buy a coin doubler to get rid of the ads (say thanks to the devs) kinda purchase. Think i'll get this later and fingers crossed it'll work fine on my ipod.
