Simple IOS App Development (work)

I need an app for my projects and also get a low money from it to support myself to finish my mechatronic career. The app is simple. I will load some news from my univ website and some latest post from facebook, a section where i will add my projects in pdf, and people will be able to read them. Other section called datasheets where you can drag in itunes any datasheet and read them on the app. And finally a small section where my data appears. Like an autobiography.

I consider the app to be 0.99

Apple most likely will not approve an app like this. simple text and info apps with no functionality are hard to get pass the review process.

I do accept with syndicated puzzles. Have to create an app that respond to user input. You need to know some fundamental design patterns that underlie all iOS app development.
