Sega Sale: What should I get?

I'm a fan of Sega games, so I have to buy a few titles in the new sale- But which?? I mean there's Streets of Rage 1, 2 AND 3... Same thing with Sonic Adventure... I can only afford to get $4 or $5 worth... More importantly, I'd rather have distinct titles that offer the best of thier genre.. So of the Sega games on sale for $.99, what should I get?

Get Sonic CD. Sega frequently has sales so don't feel like you need to cram in all the titles right now, there are lots of great deals from other developers too.

Also agnosticism rules.

Edit: I wish Phantasy Star II would go on sale again, not since February 2011.
