[NZ] Foodie Yama - pixel art arcade about jumping and tapping (by Happymagenta)

Hi, fellow TouchArcaders

Here is one more pixel art game from us, the gamedev Happymagenta team. Inspired by many other games, polished for you in perfect pixels. It will put into test the connection between your left and right brain semispheres.

The game us FREE with little IAP.

Out in NZ and should soon be available Worldwide.

Really like the simplicity in this one, and i've quite enjoyed it, played it more than i should.

However, the IAPs are tied to timers and number of lives. I never dropped below 8 lives, but im not sure how everyone would like to play this one with the existence of timers.

Personally, the sight of it is the reason i have deleted it already.

I really did like the game though.

Nice.

Controls like Timberman but the need to eat fruit to score adds an extra incentive to take risks and the ability to unlock higher-scoring fruit adds some extra incentive to keep playing.

The timers haven't been a problem for me so far. You get 15 attempts, which is quite generous, and one regenerates every four minutes so they will never take more than an hour to fully regenerate.

Like the artwork too much. Will it be released worldwide or only a soft-launch?

I'm enjoying this.
Basically it takes timberman's gameplay and adds retro awesomeness graphics.

It's definitely available on the UK Store. Not sure where else.

Edit: anyone else had leaderboard trouble? My score of 5623 seems to have disappeared.
