Incobot Grappling hook confusion

Hello can anyone help me find the Grappling Hook in Incoboto? If it is in an obvious place I'm obviously missing it, have gotten as far as I can get but think it may be the thing that's keeping me from really progressing..

The grappling hook will be on its own very tiny planet, and you need it to then get off that planet. So you probably just have not gotten there yet.
