Any of the Sega AM2 stuff (Daytona, virtua racing, virtua fighter) Night trap would work really well on iOS. A remake of frontier elite. SSX, mystical ninja and a load more I can't currently think of

Carnage Heart (psone). The programing gameplay would be perfect on an Ipad. Also the lack of physical controls would not matter. Great game.
