You can grow clothes like you can other items. It's a process, though.

An example is Black Shades, you splice a Glass Pane seed with a Black Block seed.

All of the following are seed splices(use one seed on top of a planted seed of the other)

Black Block = Brick + Cave Background
-Brick = Rock + Grass
--Grass = Dirt + Rock

Glass Pane = Rock + Lava

Lava, Rock, Dirt, and Cave Background are obtained by breaking their respective blocks in the world.

There are a ton of things to make via seed splicing, I've only uncovered a couple of the clothing items though.

Yep, everything (with a few exceptions, like Locks, which don't have seeds and can't be destroyed) can be made by mixing two seeds together.

Shift being stuck in the keyboard upon being hit is a huge nuisance though, since I prefer to type with proper capitalization x.x I expect shift to wear off after one key, then find myself with a completely capped word lol.

Totally agree, will fix it in the next client update, no idea how I managed to screw that up!
