Abe Speak (the closest you'll get to Abe's Oddysee for the moment) is NOW FREE!!!

It would be great to see the classic PS1 game that is Abe's Oddysee on iOS but I'm not aware if there's any news to port it over. The most we can do is make do with Abe Speak for the meantime.

Wow, this app is wacked. Headphones don't work, why?

Then was expecting a game, this is like a doll poke em and it speaks. You hit buttons for speaking and reactions.

But why the heck aren't my headphones working? Hmmm... Had another game like this before, weird.

Sad to see Abe reduced to an app like this. Funny thing is that a lot of iOS gamers probably don't even know who the hell it is.

Would have been nice to see a port or a new game first before releasing something like this.

I really like it. Obviously a port would have been better, but I see this as a sort of introductory teaser that suggests the devs are interested in iOS, rather than a blind cash-in. The actual content of the app won't appeal as much to people who didn't play the first two Oddworld games though. If any of those people are reading this: sort it out.
