Absolutely awesome game, highly polished gameplay, unique art and tons of content. This is a pretty unique game, while the goal may be the same as some other games, the gameplay/character sets this game apart.

Highly recommended.

Does this support the iPhone 5's wide screen?

I am loving pretty much everything about this game, unsurprisingly given 10tons' pedigree. The visuals are enhanced by a nice filter and the music enhances the mood further. The progression board is very refreshing.

Yes it does. The gameplay isn't affected, but there's a bit more breathing room in the visuals.
