Right at the end of the video it says February 2013.

Looks ok, looking forward to giving it a try. But kinda looks like your hand or "deck" is set and laid out in front of you for the whole game. It looks like there's no card draws each turn. Not sure about that, that reminds me of the mass of freemium "CCG" that came out recently. Not gonna judge a book by its cover, just hope it isn't like those freemiums.
