No. It's multiplayer only.

I think the small amount of users has to do with the connection issues, I can never get into a game, just stuck on connecting

It's an awful pity its not universal.
I understand that not all can be because of size and controls and other things.
I just can't decide which device to get it for.
It does look like its fun.
