Don't know if there are people using NewsTap ?

Just found this program, since I would like to read text based newsgroups offline on the go..

I installed the lite version, to see how it's working out for me. but ...
I added my news server, downloaded the groups.
selected the groups I wanted.
But all I see it blank screens..
It was downloading for the longest time, but there is nothing.
I tried header only / full message etc
but nothing. When I look under the settings for App usage. it's only 3.3 Mb
so it seems like it's not saving it ?

Using Ipad3 with IOS 6.1
Anyone else know more about this program?
