Political / Nation simulation games

Hey guys! I've been curious about this for quite sometime -- are there any sims out there? I'm hoping for something along the lines of Nationstates, Cyber Nations, Peacemaker...basically something a little more in-depth than We Rule, We City, or City Story. Something a little more serious, I guess. Fingers crossed!

The upcoming Shadow Government looks pretty sweet:

That don't do much for ya now, though.

At least it's something to throw on the watch list.

Well, at least it's something to add on to the wishlist. There's a few political election games out there that I've found, but they're mediocre at best.

A good political game is Market Glory. As it is a military strategy game, MarketGlory allows you to preview your fights and to make your own strategy according to the points and weapons your opponent has. There are two factors taken into consideration when a fight takes place: energy and the weapons of the two fighters. The winner is calculated according to these factors. For instance, out of two users with the same points given from the weapons, the winner will be the one with higher energy. When two users have the same energy, the winner will be the one with higher points given by the weapons. On the other hand, when both users have equal level of energy and the same points from the weapons, the winner will be the attacker.
