Its the 14th (local time) for Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
The rest of the world is the 28th.

I assumed earlier on the upcoming thread that it relates to a server stress test before the full international roll out. Which would be normal for lots of Canada only releases, it tends to be used as a testing ground.
I can only assume that New Zealand and Australia was included because they are based in Melbourne.

Of course its only a guess but the article does state the same in relation to international release and soft launch that this is.

20 gold and 35,000 cash for the first car is included when you download it.

Search for ea, select an electronic arts game, more from developer, show all and go to bottom of the list.

I was going to try this out but I'm at the stage where I'd need to clear off some bought games, not gonna happen.

Well that sounds like it just encourages people to make fake accounts and jailbreak there phones. What's happerens if I fails the stress test. Do they send out the office temp to best buy to get another server?

The graphics are OUT OF THIS WORLD for an idevice... wow!!!.... But imo the free model will ruin the series... To early in the game to have a complete opinion but even from your first car purchase the timers start doing their annoying job... The only i am sure is that if it wasn't the free model we will talk then for the best game on iOS... Anyway let's see...
