Licensing Music

Does anyone know the requirements for licensing a small portion of a song for a game? I am putting easter eggs into a game im working on and I thought it would be hilarious to rickroll my users for one of the easter eggs (very rarely will it come up) but I don't want to get sued for doing it

The licence costs would be huge, you would end up having to add at least a dollar to the cost of the game
