Looks pretty cool. Has anyone tried this one yet?

Looks like a little P.R. for NASA's bid to go back to the moon....it couldn't hurt. I know the mission is a tough sell for them right now.

I wonder if it has the Russian probe crashing on the moon while you're landing.
BTW does that count as "getting there" first?

ok.... quick first impressions...

I've played through to the actual moon landing on my iphone 3gs

The controls are quite good. It gives you a small cross to the right hand side of the screen that gives you an indication of how far you're tilting your device. Very helpful

The missions are kinda weak...
Far too many waypoints to fly through. Normally I would have no problem with this but in this game they serve no purpose! especially on the level where you fly the module to the moon itself there are waypoints everywhere! For a game that's supposed to be a sim type game the waypoints seem to be nothing more than a waste of fuel because they take you WAY off course sometimes

The audio...
The only sounds I hear are the clicks when I press continue and the music at the title screen!
No thrusters..No crash sounds...No mission dialog...nothing!

The graphics are pretty good! Nothing mind blowing but I like 'em

All in all..
I like it!
This game takes finesse to play.
It actually takes some concentration to control your ship well.
This is definitely not going to be for everyone though.
If you're a fan of simulation type games give it a try.
If you're expecting a arcady action game just move along

Just so you know...
I'm generally a fan of space sims.
I played the hell out of Lunar Lander in the arcade when I was a kid!!
