The best slender I've played on iPad. I just with there was a run button and bright control.

Playing a lot: Fifa 13, Cosmic Mechanic, Table Top Raging and Random Heroes 2.
Indication: Random Heroes 2

I only played the free version of Slender Rising, but this one has stages to choose with different level of difficult and you can record and share your gameplays or watch the other people's recordings. I like this one better. It's free, so I think it worths a try.

Slender Rising has 4 stages, 2 game modes and 3 difficulty setting, plus unreal graphics. Though granted, this unlike Slender Rising has game recording

Just played it, it's free but the graphics aren't fantastic (though it is dark so you can't see much), and the map is a bit boring, mainly open flat ground with trees around the edge. Slender rising is far superior in pretty much every way
