Russian Translator <> PayPal.

Hi, I'm looking for a Russian translator who could accept PayPal payments.
I will need a Russian translation very very soon and I can only pay by PayPal, but since this system is not accepted in Russia I'm basically looking for a Russian translator living abroad.

I'm also looking for an English proofreader, a native speaker person who have a very good knowledge of English language, for some future works.
