I already have all of them, except the Android port, as I don't have an Android. Great fun stuff boardgames that don't take too long to play.

Codito, release more new boardgames please...

If I was to get only one game and was a complete n00b what should I get?

All of them. >_>

It rather depends on what kind of games you like. Tikal, Medici and Ra are on the lighter end of the scale, with Medici and Ra being auction-based games, and Tikal a slightly more thematic, less abstract worker placement game. T&E is heavier, very well-respected, and appeals to the chess-minded. Le Havre, on the other hand, would likely be too punishing if you are a boardgame newbie, and I'd cross that off your list entirely for now.

I found Medici to be the easiest of the lot...
