Looking for a 2d artist for a cartoony style game [paid]

I've been a mobile game programmer for over 9 years now and I've started my own personel project a few months ago. I'm looking for an experimented 2d artist to give a professional-cartoony look to my (iOS) game.

There's at least 200 hours of work to do (maybe more if the project goes well.) So I'd like to find someone who can work at least 20h/week for my project, more would be even better.

You'll be paid for a rate/hour. The rate will be based on your experience and how fast you work. I'm serious about this project, and looking for someone serious too.

I'll provide more info on the project if your interested.

Sounds interesting. What is the genre?

Do you need art for an App? Check out my comics:

I'm a 2D artist, and willing to do some complete volountary work for your game. I'm experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator, and GIMP 2.0, and whilst I don't have a proper portfolio to hand showcasing my work, if you were to give me a description of something to design I would be more than happy to submit an attempt at it.

Like I said, completely volountary, I wouldn't want payment of any kind.

2d 3d artist Ready to work

Hello! I am currently wrapping up some ui design for a soon to be announced facebook game, and I am currently studying Game Art and Design ar the Art Institute. I usually price per project, because if I want to invest more time in a project than previously estimated to make it look good, then I don't want to charge you for it. I will send you a pm if I can.
