Dr. Kawashima or IQ Boost?

which is the best iq-app?

dr. kawashima looks nice, but isn't as good as the ds version i heard, whereas iq boost with the dual n-back task "is the only mental activity that has been proven to improve the short-term memory and fluid intelligence".

so what do you think?

This is a bit of a false dichotomy. Dr. Kawashima is more of a game and much less serious or rigorous than IQ boost. IQ boost is an effective brain training application and less of a game, while Kawashima is more like brain age, so it's more fun and less effective.
