Hello,

I'm proud to present my first iOS / Android game - A Ride into the Mountains.

It is a retro style action game about a young man, his mounted archery skills and his mystical journey into the mountains.

I'm loving this game. The story and the gameplay are wonderful. This is a great game and also a pixelly work of art.

I like the Ico-ish vibe about this, but would be nice to know a little more about what the gameplay entails. Title is a bit of a turn-off.

I've only gotten a little bit into the game, but so far the controls are quite nice - typical pull back, aim and release for shooting arrows, tilting the phone to move your horse and rider to avoid obstacles shot at you. It's very fun and beautiful to behold. I really like when designers make something cool of a pixellated world.

I normally don't like any tilting either, but I think I don't mind on this one... Gotta keep playing...

If it was tilt-only i'd consider it, but tilting while having my finger/thumb on-screen and constantly repositioning it for aiming is going to be unbearable to me.
