Meltdown - Tactical Arcade Shooter

Gameplay Trailer

TeaserTrailer

Meltdown is the first title from Phenomenon Games, an original tactical arcade shooter, featuring great characters, deadly enemies and lots of upgradable weapons to unlock.

Set against a captivating sci-fi backdrop, the action game invites players to follow its main character, Zed, as he tries to shoot his way out of the remote space station that he has been trapped on as a result of a system malfunction.

During the course of the adventure, players can collect loot and level-up their character as they make their way through randomly generated levels. They can choose to play single player or co-op multiplayer, while experiencing an engaging gameplay, matching their gaming skills and style.

Game will be released on Nov. 7 and published on iOS by Bulkypix.

Meltdown does look promising.... but why do developers always feature midgets in their iOS games? Are midgets just "in" right now or is there the perception iOS is too small for full sized humanoids?

The game features a full cover system with hiding behind hard points, vaulting over them and dodging/rolling.

We have 2 types of controls: classic twin stick/virtual controls and a touch based scheme similar to Bastion. We will be disclossing the controls in full durring the following weeks.

=)) , I think Bobblehead is the correct term. Haven't thought that much about it, but yeah, more exagerated character features look better on small screens.
