[Universal] Symmetrain - with trailer - now on App Store

Hello toucharcaders!

Today is a good day to introduce myself, is it not? I am Daniel Goffin. The game is published via "Black Pants Game Studio".

The game is called "Symmetrain". The game is a combination of auto-runner and spot-the-difference mechanics. Your goal is to play as long and get as far as possible, achieving maximum high scores. In order to do that you have to spot (tap) the differences in the passing and almost symmetric landscape.

You will be able to choose between various trains that vary in speed. You will have to unlock them first, of course. If the game gets too hectic for you there is an emergency break that you can activate. This will give you few calm seconds to look for differences before the trains picks up its previous pace.

If you want to sign up for our Symmetrain newsletter you can do so via symmetrain.com

Best wishes from Kassel, Germany,
Daniel

The objective is to travel as far as possible with the train.

You do this by tapping the differences in the landscape. If you miss a difference, or if you tap a wrong spot the train will slow down and eventually stop (game over).

One your way through the country you pass train stations which will reward you with a multipliers and extra lives depending on how well you played since the last train station.

Cheers,
Daniel

Thank you for the good words.

From my biased perspective as developer I'd say that the gameplay ranges from slow and relaxing to fast and hectic. It all depends on which train you choose. All trains increase in speed over time so even the slowest one can get quite taxing after a while.

This will not be f2p. I want this to be a very simple game.

Seems mid September was a bit too early of an ETA. Will be a bit later. No promises this time but we're almost done.

Another little teaser: When you travel past this bridge it may be beneficial. No touching necessary.
