cubasis - not a game gets a price drop

cubasis and loop mash have dropped

($49.99 -> $33.99) for the “Cubasis” App.

($5.99 -> $2.99) for the “LoopMash HD” App.

($1.99 -> $0.99) for the “LoopMash” App.

suspect these are now a "bargain"

The sales ends at September 11th.

I'm probably gonna pick em all up. Cubasis will sting a bit, even with the sale, if it ends up being just another app not being used. LoopMash seems like a lot of fun, especially on the iPad using it with Turnado via Audiobus (lots of loop mangling n mashin there). I only hope there are enough loops provided to make your own loops out of (you can't import your own loops into LoopMash I believe).

Don't do it dude. Making some music on an I device is one thing, but mastering a whole track entirely? Not really "practical" at this point.

I bought Cubasis at full price ages ago. It's insanely good.

Auria and the various high-end plugin developers behind it disagree on that tho.

Using Cubasis to mix a final mix (and mastering for that matter) would be a bit harder given the low-end plugs in Cubasis. If you're doing it professionally that is.

Anyway, I bought Cubasis (and the two LoopMash apps, great fun!). Always wanned to check it out since Cubase SX is my main DAW.

May not be the best for mastering, but it allows you arrange on the fly. Arrange a track anytime, anywhere. A steal at that price. Purchased.

Good stuff - downloaded - wanted to download this for a long time. A sale and a recommendation from lost deputy is all it took for me to take the plunge. All my old ST pals used to use Cubase. I spent all my money on records in those daze.
