iPhone - Non-freemium, non-social real time simulation games

I am looking for a real-time simulation/management-ish iPhone game (such as Hay Day or Dragonvale) that doesn't have gameplay-limiting IAP and doesn't want for me to link my Facebook or at least won't limit me at all for not doing so. I don't care what the setting or theme is as long as it's a quality game with a good amount of content that I can really sink some time into. Price is also not an issue, though I'm talking initial purchase price; I have no interest in games with purchasable currency such as diamonds, gems, or anything of that nature.

If anybody knows of any games that fit the criteria above, I'd love to know what they are. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is a game that fits this description really that obscure? There has to be something... I can't imagine that every game in the genre is freemium and Facebook-dependent.

This. I've never played any of their games, but all of them have gotten positive feedback from what I've heard. So that pretty much sums it up.

It's depressing that lazy, ugly phone ports are the only real answer to this question.
