This is definitely a "niche" game, I'd expect. It doesn't really do anything all that different than any of the other "watch your cards battle with no real control over the action" games do.

That said, it has a few interesting features - setting up particular combinations of 4-card parties to create certain effects makes your setup a little more tactical than just "whoever has the rarest cards, wins", and a mana cost per card in your party means you're slowing down your potential growth if you consistently use a party STRONGER than you need. (And if you don't put enough points into Mana while leveling up, it's entirely possible you won't be able to use all the cards you want to!)

It doesn't have any sort of "add me for a rare card" system in place yet to increase the advertisement and visibility of the game, but a few curious players might download it because it was in the "hot new games" section of iOS last week.

FAQs and information on the game are limited, but you can find a few resources on Kabam's own forums.

There's a partial "how to play" guide that explains a few of the features at

and a partial card/combo list at:

If nothing else, leveling up is pretty quick - you can shoot from Level 1 to Level 49 in about three days (that level is relevant because you get four free "premium card draws" at Level 49). Just keep in mind most of your direct gameplay will involve tapping an "advance" button and watching your cards attack and use special abilities without any direct control over the action.

Still, setting up the best party with what you have can be a neat sort of logic puzzle if you're into that sort of thing, and it's only been out for a week so there aren't TOO many players out there who are ridiculously overpowered yet ...
