App description: "If you are a fan of classic platform games like Donkey Kong, you will really enjoy this updated version of a traditional genre. Instead of going back in time with pixelated graphics, this game has a polished look for todays technology, combined with old-school gameplay." - Lory Gil iDownloadBlog.com

"Exuding plenty of class, Apple Bob has the music and looks of a winner. In each case, its simply yet clearly done, ensuring that the focus still remains on the gameplay. It also echoes the golden days of titles such as Rainbow Islands, a trend that continues the longer that one plays it." - Jennifer Allen 148apps.com

This is the High Definition version of Apple Bob with much higher resolution, hand drawn, artwork and higher quality audio.

No IAP on this one. it's pretty old fashioned in being a straightforward game for a fixed price When we do any future games with IAP (free or otherwise) we're going to be using our Play Nice system..

It's got the code in place (but disabled) for Apple's new MFI controllers. As soon as we have them to test with and refine the controls, it'll be using them.

I'm going to buy this for sure. Jim Bagley created some brilliant ZX Spectrum games back in the 80's, seen him a few times at retro events in the UK

Looks a 'bit' like a Chuckie Egg type of game.

Either way bought and now downloading
