About Xaxist Arts

Xaxist Arts is an indie game development studio based in the small town of Nashik, India. We have been working on a game for quite a long time now and have few things ready to show.

Rolling Zimro

Rolling Zimro is a first of it kind action unlimited runner game with trippy rolling mechanics set in beautiful 3D low poly worlds!

Planet Smoraah is dying. The smongs on the planet are left with some sacred leaves, but not enough. Earthling Zimro is the only one who knows how to grow the scared plants. King Smong has ordered to capture Zimro and the smongs are invading planet earth. Its time for Zimro to run for his life.

Lots of enemies and obstacles

Big Smongs, tiny Smongs, Smongships, Stones, Barrels, Bonfire, they are all in Zimro's way. Make sure to have quick reflexes as Zimro will have more than one occasion to scream Bwaaah....and so will you!

Whacky humorous power-ups

High Fly, Booti Baba, Shrooms, Joyride, Natures Gift, Munchie Magnet and many more. Collect the colorful tasty munchies and trade them to buy power-up upgrades.


- 3 different gorgeous looking worlds!
- Unique rolling action unlimited runner mechanics.
- Run, jump, slide and fly and much more actions to perform.
- Procedurally generated enemies and obstacles so you get different level every time.
- 8 super exciting power-ups.
- 3 colorful munchies to collect.
- Music that pumps up your senses.


We are soon approaching the beta stage and hope to release the game real soon. Hope you guys will like the game. Feedback and suggestions are most welcome!

Glad you liked the style! I wish we had a good voice over artist for funny words. As of now, Zimro just laughs as he's on a Joyride

The music in the short vid I saw has a definite bluegrass/folksy sound to it. The spinning world is also interesting. How much longer if you know?

@Gamer1st - We are trying our best to deliver it by this December. I'm not sure whether Christmas is the right time to release the game, especially when big studios like EA will drop their prices.

The EA comment suggests this will be a paid game, which is what I'd hoped for, honestly. Any gameplay video coming?

Update - We are back from the NASSCOM GDC and we heard a lot from devs around about their experiences releasing their games around Christmas time. And as per them, they have suffered to some extent. So probably we will be pushing the game release towards January.

@AnarKitty - We have worked for about 11 months on the game now and are living on the mercy of credit cards. Despite of the buzz that Premium is dead, we would want to give it a shot. We will be producing the gameplay video probably by this weekend. Hope you will like it.
