What a week for iOS gaming! Didn't expect this so soon. Started a new campaign in FMH 2013 a week ago, but will certainly pick this up tomorrow. The new features look promising and I hope they fixed the match engine as well.

The iOS date is stated in the wiki and it's true.

btw its not mentioned in the 'blurb' for the game but it also contains a 'large database' option on devices which can handle it - when turned 'on' in preferences this adds an additional 15-20% of players into the game.

It plays really nicely on the "Air" - I'm 10 seasons into my current (cough) test game on mine ...

(just got Eastbourne promoted into the Premiership thanks for asking )

I've been disappointed with previous FM handheld games. Not because they were not good but because I missed the increased detail of the PC/mac version.

I find classic version perfect, what would anyone say is key difference between the two this time round?

Also as classic is going to be on ps vita... How far away or likely is a classic version on iPad going to be?

I have up until recently been a big player of classic on my iPad via vlc to my PC.

I actually feel the exact same thing, and would love to have the classic/more streamlined version on iPad.

Marc: any hopes of getting the classic mode on the iPad anytime?

Does anyone know if you can edit the stats of the players going into your fantasy team? If so does that mean you can edit anything else outside of that mode?
