Some that i really like and that have not been mentioned yet, are:

Trism definitely counts. Mew2468 Trism has a set of "puzzle" levels as well as the main match 3 formula. It is definitely a "puzzle" game.
Match 3 - PuzzleQuest Chop Sushi Azkend Dapple And more that I don't have :P I think the requirements for entry in this thread need to be clarified though. What do you mean by "puzzle game?" |

A must try for logic puzzle fans! Each puzzle has a unique solution which can be deducted from logic alone! No guessing what-so-ever!
