What would a game have to have for Ngmoco to let them use Plus+?

Since I've only seen Ngmoco and Freeverse games (all really high quality) I was wondering what exactly would be the criteria for Ngmoco to allow a game to use their Plus+. If a game has Plus+, does that mean we can be assured that the game is at least a quality app?

We don't know yet because ngmoco's apps are only sporting Plus+ as of now. But I'm going to assume the games have to be close to perfect, as all of ngmoco's titles.

So if a game comes out that is not Ngmoco's and has Plus+ integration, we can assume it will be a must buy?

Anyone else know the criteria?
