I just got this, and I'm not sure what make of it. Is there a way to design creatures for the normal levels? Or just the sandbox? When making a creature how can you start over?

I watched the trailer on YouTube but couldn't get my head around it. What exactly is the appeal of this game?

This game was made by the maker of Fantastic Contraption and in a way, Incredipede essentially feels like a spiritual successor to that game.

In normal mode, your little creature is pre-made, you just have to guide it through the levels. In hard mode, you can create any kind of weird of creature you can imagine to overcome the obstacle and challenges found in each level. You may have to carry fruit over lava pits, climb narrow pits or over chasms, fly on drafts of wind, and more. Really how you approach this obstacles are up to you.

Besides the campaign, there is a level editor and tons of challenge user levels to play. Alongside the creative gameplay, I found the visuals to be the other highlight, due to its painterly woodcut-esque style

It's one of my favorite PC games and I found it very well suited for touchscreen. If you enjoy Fantastic Contraption and those kinds of creation games, I think you'll like Incredipede

I'd buy this game for the art style alone.
