How come games are still going on sale during the AppStore lockdown?

I thought apple said that any developer who tries to set their game to go on sale during lockdown will instead have their game barred and it won't be downloadable at all?
But just in the past few hours, a few games, like pinball HD, and splice went on sale.
Does it mean that if you scheduled your sale BEFORE lockdown, that it's okay.
If that's the case, we might see some awesome Christmas sales still to come!

The requests were probably submitted before the cut-off date/time, and they may just be 'lagged' while coming into effect.

I took the dive on Oceanhorn last night at full price after waiting long enough... now I just need to find the time to play it Damn you, Colossatron *shakes fist*
