I know there were some complaints about the controls and even graphical quality of the iOS port of this. But this is one of my favorite games on Android -- looks and plays beautifully with a great physics twist and variations in how to approach each level.

Hope they fixed the iOS issues because it would be ashame if the game went to waste on this platform.

EDIT: looks like the issues have not been fixed judging by the reviews on the App Store. If you own an Android, especially a tablet (despite the tilt controls), I consider this a must buy on that platform. You'll also notice the dramatic difference in reviews on Google Play (well they were around 4.5/5 stars but lowered due to a bug with a newer Android OS version that has been fixed but some haven't gone back to re-rate). It hasn't left my Nexus 7 since I bought it.

That's a shame - I posted about it as I enjoyed it on the 360, I didn't realise there were issues with it. Ah well, at least if I pick it up free it may get patched down the road and I can play through again!

Graphics really really poor on ipads, not retina.

I have this on PC, and I really enjoyed it. It's shame that the IOS version got the short end of the stick, because the game itself has some very inventive and unique levels and great liquid physics platforming

Yeah, that sucks. On Android (at least on Tegra devices), it's gorgeous . They really dropped the ball on the iOS version.

Yeah, reloaded it just now hoping the graphics got better, looks worse than 2x mode, so a quick delete, did try tilt controls you mentioned, better than the touch. Too bad, could have been a good game on ipad retinas.

Played for a little bit and am actually still enjoying it, the graphics for the water are pretty rough the rest isn't that bad so far. As for the controls, I'm not having any troubling Golding every level on my first try - having no more trouble than I did on the Xbox. So I can only imagine the control issues would be a problem regardless of platform
