The real iDevice port of Abuse

Not on AppShopper yet. Here is a video of the DOS version until I can copy & paste more info:

The controls work decent in this.

I think the up on the dpad for jumping needs to be lessened though, I'm often bouncing around everywhere.

I actually think the controls are pretty good. They feel pretty responsive to me, and of course, there are 4 different schemes to choose from. I agree that the jump function may need to be tweaked down a bit since I'm bouncing off walls like I had too much coffee.

So Alien Abuse was removed from the US AppStore?
Quote:
Long story short, Eurocenter did not have the right to use the sound effects, registered levels (levels 5 and up), or the Abuse trademark in their game "Alien Abuse".

I am the producer of the original Abuse game, and it has been very distressing to me and to the original developers of the game to watch them do this.

The properly licensed version is now available as Abuse Classic:

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=326397227&mt=8

If you already have the unlicensed game by the name "Alien Abuse", I understand if you don't want to pay again for what is essentially the same game, but speaking on behalf of myself and the original developers, who all only get paid when the game sells, we'd certainly appreciate your support.
