App description: **Now with GLOBAL HIGHSCORES & SCORELOOP CHALLENGES! (More info below)**

Get yourself a new exciting puzzle experience!

This game will take you far out in space to a somewhat deserted planet called T-KARA.
On T-KARA youíll find an ancient stone grid where two different games can be played.

* TIME-ATTACK - For the person looking for a fun, thrilling and somewhat tricky challenge!
The goal is to make lines of at least 4 boxes of one color in order to get a match. Youíll be competing against the clock and each match will give you time to survive to the next level.
In difference to puzzle games such as e.g. Bejeweled youíll be able to move the blocks freely, vertical or horizontal as many times as you wish. The unlimited moving might seem easy in the beginning but be aware!
As you reach higher levels, obstacles such as locks or pattern boxes will appear. Some of these obstacles might be a bit tricky to get rid of but as you do, youíll get a great boost in time and score. However, if you choose to leave the obstacles, theyíll soon cover the whole play area and youíll have no normal boxes left to use!
Think you can handle this challenge?

* PUZZLE - For the relaxed person who enjoys a more comfortable challenge.
In the puzzle game youíll find 12 picture puzzles with different levels of difficulty. Simply move the boxes around to get them in the right position. Try to create the right pattern by using as few moves as possible. Youíll be able to have a look at the picture from within the game. More puzzles will be added.

Whenever you leave the game youíll be able to return and find it exactly as it were when you left it.
This makes it a perfect game to play on the bus, train or any place you might get interrupted! Good Luck!

Replace "puzzle" with any other genre of game and the sentence still makes sense.

With one exception:

"Too many bear-driving-a-car games."

I have been eyeing this since I saw it last night... I did not get it because I figured one more matching.... But, it does look nice with that smoky brown opener....

WTH - post after a few minutes with some intial impressions.

The gameplay for the first mode sounds like Chain3, which I like okay (except for the annoying vibration), and the second mode sounds like it could be an interesting mash-up...

OK -

So - overall - well put together - everything works well, thank God..

It appears to have proper resume so that is always a good sign
.

Two modes - score attack and puzzle - plays a lot like puzzling except it is much more "adult" looking and there are many more things on screen. You can either move row or columns, and you have to make matches and combos. Not sure how you level up but I did. You only get a short amount of time (30 seconds) to get whatever you are supposed to get - more different cubes to match are then added to make it more difficult. As you make the 4 matches you also get more time. I guess that you also start encountering obstacles in later levels. I only played through 2 to get a feel.
If you have large fingers - you can grab the rows / columns, but I sometimes got the wrong one, and had to slightly move my fingers - those with more petite fingers will find it easier. I can do it, I just have to concentrate more -but it is necessary with the increased number of cubes present.

The second mode is a puzzle mode - basically there are shapes on the screen, a few of them are in the correct position - you look at what they want, and you have to move the cubes to the right position - naturally moving a row or column disrupts what you already have in progress so you have to think ahead - there is a timer, but score is based on number of moves to get the correct positions.

Overall - another match 4 variation - with 2 modes - does not bring a lot new to the game, but does what it does well. Challening, and definitely not a "cutesy" app like Puzzlings if that turned you off.

For $3 compared to what is out there - I don't think I would say a good buy, although it would be OK, because it is done very well, which many apps aren't - (proper resume). For its current price a good buy, and if the dev gets on here and we have out typical brainstorm ideas will be an app we are glad to have had from day one.

Hi pluto6!

Thanks for trying out T-Kara.
Do you have any suggestions for future updates?
