New Zealand at the very least. Maybe canada and sweden too.

It's funny because this is the first game where they use virtual joysticks, a control method that Scattered has always hated vehemently. Mechanically, the gunplay is the best they've done yet and it's fast paced and fun.
It's also quite gorgeous but I fear that the F2P elements will kick in shortly and that the gameplay will entirely be based on small corridors. I need to play it more!

I finished the first episode (the second one is coming in two days) and i'm surprised that there isn't any kind of energy system of dual currency. You don't need to spend a dime on the first epiosde and I didn't even see an option to spend some money.
But the game lacks variety and it's way too easy (due to a more than kind health regen system). I also hate the auto aim that is forced on you when you deativate autofire.

The animations and weapons are ripped right out The Drowning, and there's no cool sci-fi weapons. Which is a shame (watched Sanuku's preview vid)

The reviews for the ipad preview version were pretty bad from what I saw.

And mobage is one of the worst gaming companies (or producers - not sure what to call them). I'm guessing it's a huge freemium game that's always online.

Just to add to your point, the energy system and iap elements are not in it yet.

Don't know what exactly will be added but obviously enough elements such as weapons store and (heard rumour of) a likely energy system. Beyond that will have to wait and see.

I'm actually genuinely surprised its in a soft launch phase at all because I would have considered it somewhere between alpha and beta stage at the moment and very much WIP.

I wonder what parts they are testing with this soft launch.
Story and gameplay I suppose but even Gamecenter integration is there which would have normally been much later in the build process I would have thought.
Quite surprised its out at all, curious one.

Anyway, it should be considered very much a work in progress by anyone playing it. There is a lot to be added to it yet.
The Drowning went through a pretty long soft launch period so I imagine this will also and change a lot in the process.

Edit. Its out in five stores. New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Philippines and Ireland so far.
