To make it easy for you, create a separate account. Don't use your personal twitter account. As easy as that. That's what i did.

Heh, I don't do the Twitter either, even though I have a business reason to do so (huh?!?) I just don't care to follow it, though I think the devs have been having fun with it, which is OK by me!

This app is fantastic. Anyone that can follow the dev on twitter ought to, for the chance to win
It's basically a "fill up the screen" type of game, but there are various "zones" to play on, many levels with increasing difficulty for each zone, high scores powered by AGON, and iPod integration that allows you to listen to your own music. It's wonderfully done.
