Well I'm looking through the iPhone rts-type games

What is the best one?

i have been looking at rise of the empire and warfare incorporated

I say wait for Robocalypse: Mobile Mayhem. Its a slightly different take on the RTS but its pretty solid. If you want something now, I also suggest Quantum Collapse.

Robocalypse: Mobile Mayhem looks pretty interesting, maybe I'll check it out later on
