App description: Welcome to Bush League, a baseball puzzle/RPG wherein you must gobble PED's and cheat your way stardomjust like in real life!

From the mind of Dirk Hayhurst, best selling baseball author, former Major Leaguer pitcher, and Baseball analyst comes Bush League, a match 3 style puzzle based baseball RPG that makes you into a PED abuser, and challenges you to out cheat your opponents by juicing up and exploiting a veritable cornucopia of PED fueled powers.

What are PEDs? Why, Performance Enhancing Dots, of course. LIttle Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, and Purple dots to be exact, that, when matched and accumulated, can power up special, cheateriffic game changing abilities. Everything from common baseball events like home runs, striking out the side, and stealing bases, to not so common things like mauling the first basemen in a blood thirsty rage, stealing your opponent's runners, using lasers to destroy batters, and distracting the competition with silicone enhanced bosoms.

Of course, you're not the only cheater in this game. Bush League sends 24 expert cheater bosses to the plate, all of them bent on keeping you from baseball's lime light. Each of the 24 bosses you'll encounter is a spoof on a REAL baseball player or personality. We're talking famous players, infamous cheaters, player's wives, broadcasters, owners, mascots... nothing is off limits! They'll talk trash, mock, and harass you until you can best them (and even after you best them). If you win, you can pull the ultimate cheater move, and steal one of their PED powers and make it your own!

Addictive match 3 play.
A baseball game anyone can pick up and play.
Hilarious quips and comments that parallel real life baseball scandals.
5 starting classes, each with it's own special power
24 unique, trash talking bosses based on real life personas.
Hundreds of PED power combos to try and unlock.
Achievements make for tons of replay value.
Easter eggs!.
And it wouldn't be a baseball game if there weren't copious amounts of stats.

Looks interesting, the original Puzzle Quest is one of my all-time favorite games and this looks similar.

Edit: Any chance this will be updated to be universal or is an iPad version in the works?

Damn, ojtitus, you just sold me to it.
I am German and therefore absolutely no baseball fan, but mentioning Putzle Quest has let my spines tingling.

I grab it as soon as I've gotten a new gift card.

Hi, you seemed to be lost on the Internets.
This is TouchArcade, where 2$ for a game is too much, 5$ is an outrage, and 10$ or more is putting sugar in their car tanks whilst killing puppies.

I purchased this when it was released and it is very good, the art is great. The game is challenging and there is a lot of content.

My only gripe is I wish I could swipe the pieces to move them, I don't like tapping and piece and then tapping another piece to swap them.

Hi BazookaTime... Firstly THANKS for checking out the game!

The swiping to swap tiles was something we toyed with a lot during dev. In the end we just found it too finicky a way to swap tiles. There was just too much accidental swapping going on. The tapping means 2 taps so it's more deliberate.

That said! If it's asked for lots, of course, we'll add that.

Again, thanks for playing. Hope you had a few laughs.

Yes, there is a lot to do in this game and it offers a nice challenge. I figured that was the reason for the tap to swap, it makes sense in a strategy game like this where a wrong move could be the difference in winning or losing.
