Linkin Park is... a flash in the pan that pails in comparison to true rock legends. There I said it (and I suspect that's what the original poster wanted or needed to hear).
I don't know but someone alert the spam police... oh wait...

Why would it be depressing? I don't enjoy their music at all but it's awesome that there are different views in our community! A bit unfair to assume he's young just because he likes Linkin Park lol.

Regardless, it is a wind up - it's just over-spill from the Linkin Park thread. Let the poor guy think he's being funny :p

I could name 50 bands that are better in the last 30 years or so. I figure the OP has a strange sense of humor.

    I bet you can't even list 40.

Just noticed that my jerk phone auto corrected the thread title and changed the great Linkin Park to Linking Park. My apologies to all the Parker Brothers out there.

Everything's subjective to taste, there's no rulebook to donate which band is the best as it's a nonsense statement.

Totally but starting a thread saying Linkin Park is the best all time will be subject to ridicule

The only good song they have ever put out is Burn It Down. and that's only relatively good. That rapper dude sucks.

And anyone can copy/paste lists, why bother. (Not disagreeing with list above, mind you.) Just debating about matter of taste is pointless. I bet for someone Lp is biggest band ever, who am I disagree with that even I cant stand it personally.
