Anyone know anything about this game? I never played the original, and I couldn't find any info about it on the dev's site, youtube, or google (though I didn't look very far). It looks a bit like Risk I suppose...

I still have the original.
Instant buy for me, I always liked the original.

Played like defender of the crown as far as the territory management went, as I remember.

This was one of the better 16bit strategy games in its day, very simular to Defender of the Crown. What with this, Civ. Rev, A.O. South America all released at the same time......

As an aside: I find it funny that a game from '92 still needs the "Vikings(TM)" trademark designation. As if Vikings is really that original of a name. Also, you'd think by now that it would be a registered mark, and you'd use the registered trademark (the "R" with a circle around it) symbol instead. But of course, you have to continuously use and protect a mark to keep it registered, so I think it's a dubious usage.
