Missed the promo, so checked out the FREE version. Feels similar to a steampunk themed TD released not long ago, can't recall the name, but nearly identical; 5 upgradable/movable tower bases, enemy waves run right to left, increasing in number and speed until becoming barely manageable (unless you buy special items of coarse.). I do like the sci-fi theme better, but it seems like the same game.

I am going to be the one to stand out and not ask for a code. I would just like some impressions from at least one of the people that got a code for God's sake. Is an imp too much to ask?

Now that Ive had a little time to spend, Im liking it more than when I first tried it. There is very small coin reward, so you have to really plot where to spend your money. What kept me in the game was having just enough to upgrade the towers and being able to move them around. But either Im a crappy player or this is a hard game. But I like it and will keep grinding to see if I can make it to survival mode. I love the art style.

Just so the record stands, I am willing to buy it. That is, when I have money loaded into my iTunes account. It is, however, a new game, and if be happy to leave an honest review, whether I get a code or not. If I do get a code, the review would e submitted quickly, whereas my iTunes isn't gonna have money on it for a month or two

I get defensive lol hopefully no stupid 'forum wars' start over anything here

Ok, I played the game and made it to level 10. The game is fun but you do need to grind a bit. You can not get the special items without cash as each additional level starts you off at a pre determined amount of coins. The tower upgrades are unlocked as you progress thru the game. Each different type of enemy ship has a different coin value, which start at 5 and work their way up to 7, 10 and so on. The graphics are decent and the controls respond well. There is strategy involved as you need to move the towers around to complete the levels with three stars, even if you have all spots filled. To sum up it is a decent game that would be much better if the coin value of the ships were raised a bit. For $.99 it is not a bad value, but could definitely be better with more coins available. The in app purchases are $4.99 each for unlimited amount of the special items.
