is this out yet?

looks pretty good grfx wise.....

is it a full 3D sandbox style game, or is it 3D on rails? i figure 3D on rails as the dev namechecked 'starfox' as a game like this one and that was on 3D on rails...

Looks quite good.
I'm still not quite sure that I like the arcade-modern game transformation, old games should be layed down to rest in peace, not dug back up and have newish looking graphics splashed all over them (just my opinion). I think they should have just started fresh.

Arcade shooters are normally rails, but i think this one is going to be a 3D sandbox game.

Just bought it and played it a bit. I managed to get to the end of the level, the end boss is pretty challenging. Decent price for a full 3D game at a buck 99
