I contacted the developer who originally did this game as a flash game.
The developer said that he did not do this mobile game, nor did he give
permission to do so.
I'm not touching this out of respect for Nerdook.

This developer has a pattern of stealing other people's games and releasing them- if you look at their other apps, pretty much all of them can be found on Kongregate or other Flash gaming portals.
Every dollar they get from this kind of behavior is one dollar too many.
