I must admit, very nice impression of speed. Nice cars model. But seems really, boring and not challenging :/

Think it looks good. Hopefully wont be too crazy with IAP's

I'll be interested in the installed filesize, as much as i love the latest Asphalt game its as huge install so something smaller would be great

I don't think giving different names for those known cars will save you from copyright infringement.

Wouldnt they need just a disclaimer ? I play plenty of football games, eg First Touch Soccer which uses real team names/colours/players, they just seem to have a disclaimer at the beginning about it. Surprised they seem to be able to do it to be honest

Getting rid of the logo and changing the name wouldn't be enough since the design is still the same. More than just a disclaimer, he would need to ask those companies permission to use those cars.

They could sue the dev without any problems for making profits by using their designs, and it's hard to tell how much the dev should change the 3D models to avoid legal actions.

True, but I've seen many other games on the AppStore with that problem, and the models of the cars look altered a bit, from what I see.
I don't think big companies would go full on to sue a small game developer. Say if it was something like need for speed doing it.
